About Jeff Fisher Windows
20 Years of Window Installation Experience
I started installing windows in May of 1995… having just returned from almost 3-years in the Peace Corps. My volunteer job was working as a technical advisor/teacher in a Trade School in Cameroon, Central Africa. Being a volunteer was a great experience that has helped shape my life.
My dad was a general contractor at the time and I had been framing houses and remodeling for about 8 years. I was working as a carpenter for a friend and we did a window job together. I had found my calling. I started my company 2 weeks later and began my career in windows. I now have more than 5 great employees/coworkers… some that have been with me 12 and 15 years. On occasion, my son also works with me… and recently I hired my best friend/cousin… so it is a nice family business. We are all experienced and enjoy treating our customers with respect and professionalism.
Over the years… I have found that an important part of any successful installation is being clean and organized. My dad taught me to leave it cleaner than I found it. This is not always possible, but that is what we strive for. We try to treat each job as if we were working in our own home.
My goal has always been to provide the highest quality products at competitive prices. I now understand that people want a prompt and professional initial response, clean and friendly work crews… and personal service that does not end with a final payment. Most of our work comes from personal referral or web based sites like Angie’s List that let the customers give details of their personal experiences. We are constantly working to improve the overall process.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we work hard everyday to provide exactly that. We are not like most companies out there who just want to make a buck. We want lifelong relationships. We want happy customers. We understand that a happy customer is the best form of advertising. We continually strive to make ourselves better so we can provide you with professional installers, quality products and lifetime service.
We are not like other companies… we have a conscience. “The Customer is King.” That phrase rings true in every business, but most companies only concentrate on the bottom line. We are different. First and foremost we call you back and we get the job done on time. We are also willing to accept responsibility when things go wrong. We want happy customers.
